What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address and the details you include in your message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare an offer or contract at your request, and to carry out the counterparty checks (KYC and sanctions screening) required before we trade. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to contracts and counterparty checks are kept for the periods required by Estonian accounting and anti-money-laundering law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@clausminerals.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
